Elm lodge has room for one extra person on put-u-up in double room, extra charge of £40.00 2 nights, £55.00 3 nights £70.00 4 nights and £100.00 per week. No extra charge for a
put-u-up for a child under 10 years.
- Please note: We welcome a max of two dogs at £25.00 each for short breaks or per week. Your dog must not be left unattended in the cottage and must be taken with you when you go out.
Christmas and New Year bookings: All cottages have a food hamper, a decorated Christmas tree, and lounge. The courtyard is also decorated with lights, to make your Christmas stay feel like Christmas.
If you would like to book your holiday with us, a 10% deposit is required after confirmation of the dates that you require are available.
Full payment is required 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. Bookings taken within 4 weeks, prior to arrival date, must be paid in full when booking.
Cancellation Policy: If you're holiday is cancelled due to covid-19 lock down, then a full refund will be given.
If cancelled 28 days before check in date and full payment has been made and refund will be given less deposit. Cancellation after 28 day and before 14 days prior to arrival a 50% refund will be given.
If cancellation is within 14 days of arrival, no refund maybe offered, but an alternative date maybe offered to the same value, the difference in price will be required if price differs from price paid. Your deposit will be required again to secure another booking.
